Built by someone who lived this gap

Across India and Canada, I've sat with people navigating transitions, uncertainty, and the quiet weight of not quite being okay. While systems work hard to help people find jobs and housing, the inner work of getting through the day often goes unsupported. The wellness gap wasn't invisible, it was just unfilled.

I designed SereneMind and SHIFT to change that. I wanted to bring practical, culturally grounded wellness tools to individuals and organizations navigating the space between everyday stress and crisis, before things reach a breaking point. I build quiet spaces to help people pause, catch their breath, and navigate life together.
